LIFETIME STRING REPLACEMENT OFFER
If one of the strings on your Music Maker breaks for any reason whatsoever we will replace it for free! You can take advantage of this offer in one of two ways:

1. Send us a stamped, self-addressed envelope and we'll mail you back a free Music Maker string that you can replace yourself. The instructions for the string replacement may be found on the back of the Tuning Card, which is included with every Music Maker, or by clicking here.

2. The second option is to send us your Music Maker and we'll replace the string and tune it for free! All we ask is that you include $7.00 to cover the shipping charge to return it to you (UPS' residential shipping charge).
